Our Services
Design
Whether you have your own architecturally designed plans, or if you’d like us to create them, we work closely, collaboratively and constantly with you to bring your dream home to life.
Construction
Collectively, Burlace Constructions has over three hundred years of building and construction experience and expertise in the Southern Highlands – we know what it takes to build a home that lasts. Using only the finest materials – from trusted, sustainable and reputable partners from all across Australia – you can be sure your Highlands home will stand the test of time.
Renovation
Many satisfied customers have purchased older highlands homes, with buckets of charm and period features, but few of modern life’s more convenient niceties. This is where our highlands experience and expertise really flexes as we seamlessly weave the old with the new into breath-taking renovations your heart will melt for, as your head refuses to believe it was possible.
Landscaping and Finish
From start to finish, the customer experience and satisfaction Burlace Constructions is renowned for, is with you all the way. So that when we hand over your keys, the newly built, extended or renovated, quality Southern Highlands home is finished to the highest specification and quality we demand of ourselves and our discerning customers expect.
“Good design is obvious.
Great design is transparent.”
Burlace Constructions, we are led by a strong design philosophy for the simple reason that every construction we create is used day in and day out by the people it was designed for.
It’s vitally important that the initial design fulfils the functional requirements of the clients first – is technically sound, aesthetically pleasing, of good taste and happens on time and on budget.
Most of the time I abide by the principle Form Follows Function and always aim to build something stunning based on this founding principle.
That said, I am of the opinion that traditional rules are meant to be broken and always tell my juniors, apprentices and students, “Before you break a rule, you must first understand the rule”.
